Board of Directors
The Board of Directors (BOD) has general charge and control of the affairs, funds, policies and property of the Junior League of Charleston. It presents to the active membership (1) all proposed activities requiring financial, time or other commitments, (2) unbudgeted expenditures exceeding 10% of the year’s budget or budgeted over a 2 year period and (3) procedural changes affecting general membership requirements (see By Laws for complete description). The BOD is comprised of the President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Vice-President, Community Vice-President, Communications Vice-President, Ways and Means Vice-President, Director-At-Large, Nominating Chairperson, Placement Chairperson and Provisional Development Chairperson.
